DevelopYourself.com is a small public library of development instruments. The same kind of careful work that goes into a paid advisory engagement, made available to anyone who wants to use it on themselves.
Why this exists. Real tools for personal and professional development have always been concentrated in the hands of people with budgets. Executive coaching, validated assessments, structured 360 feedback, the kinds of instruments that produce a real read instead of a clever quiz. Most working professionals never see them. We think they should.
What you do here. Pick an instrument, take it (usually five to fifteen minutes), and receive a scored report with written findings by email. There is nothing to buy. No account to create. No follow-up call you didn't ask for. Your responses are yours and stay yours.
